Service Designer

As a senior service designer you independently lead projects within Ink. You work for clients such as ABN Amro, the Municipality of Amsterdam and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. Many of our projects are multi-stakeholder and are located at the intersection of behaviour, policy and organisations. With your experience of the service design process you oversee the project from A to Z and you ensure that all stakeholders are involved at the right times; from end user to client and organization. You manage our team of researchers and creatives, plan and facilitate workshops and give sleek presentations to clients. You use strategic and service design methodologies and your experience in developing and facilitating different types of workshops.

About you

You oversee the strategic choices and develop new services that really meet people where they are and surprise our clients. You are eager to learn, do not be discouraged by complexity and find reconciling conflicting interests an inspiring challenge. You are able to independently manage projects and thereby gain the trust of those involved. You see opportunities everywhere to improve the world. You are not easily knocked out of the stakeholder field and you continue to look for opportunities and relevant relationships to achieve the intended impact.

You…

• Are a do-gooder (in the making)
• Have led leading service design projects and have a minimum of 5 years experience
• Have experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects
• Have extensive experience in facilitating (co-creation) workshops with clients and users
• Have extensive knowledge and experience with service design tools such as customer journey mapping, context mapping, design research, canvases and service design blueprints
• Can make and give convincing presentations that enthuse all stakeholders
• Are strategic and creative
• Are you super eager to learn and quite a nerd
• Are you a real team player?
• Experience in a start-up or corporate venture is a plus

Skills

• Fluent Dutch writing and speaking
• Can work with Figma, Adobe CS, Google Drive & Keynote
• Excellent communication skills and people knowledge
