• You are proficient in working methods and methodology such as Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking.
• You always think first about the person using your innovation: What is he/she trying to do and what is getting in the way: how can it be improved?
• You ask critical questions and think positively.
• Above all, you let other professionals shine and rise above themselves.
You also get pleasure from figuring out for yourself how best to fulfill your role. This probably means that you often:
• Have ultimate responsibility for various experiments (projects)
• Provide scope & priority to experiments and enforcement
• Validate developed innovations
• Spend time forming, managing and motivating a team
• Involving and informing the right stakeholders
• Coaching the workplace when using innovation methods, such as Scrum
• Enthusiasm employees at the customer to get started with innovation
