Service Designer

In practical terms, here’s the kind of thing you might get up to:

As a Service Designer you be responsible for developing and implementing ground-breaking customer propositions.  This will need you to:

• Analyse our partner brands’ markets and performance;
• Design profitable new products, brands, services and consumer experiences;
• Design connected commerce services, teams, solutions and business models for some of the world’s leading brands;
• Identify and develop market trial roadmaps; and
• Work alongside brand teams in a coaching role, whilst taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks as they get up to speed.

• We want to walk the talk, and demonstrate what good really looks like. This means bringing a range of project management skills to help our partner brands achieve better performance.
• You will be working both independently or as part of a project team depending on the project at both client sites and in our offices.
• The dynamic nature of our work means that your tasks can vary, sometimes day-to-day, and include workshop facilitation, preparation of documents and presentations, delivery of training and more.
• Our work often requires us to co-locate with our partner brands on their sites.
• We need passionate and ambitious product managers that can be the tip of the arrow on all of our work, both internally and for partner brands.

The bit about you.

As a Service Designer at Veriteer, you will be able to demonstrate most of the following:

• At least four years’ experience of service design, proposition design, experience design, interaction design, business design, or continuous improvement roles;
• An understanding of customer experience disciplines;
• Creativity, problem solving ability and an innovative mindset;
• Strong stakeholder management and team working; and
• A commitment to data driven decision-making.
