Do people find you curious? Or creative? May be both, because there must be a difference. For this position you are mainly entrepreneurial and very skilled in both communication and social terms. There are plenty of others already, so stay yourself. That’s all we ask. However, as a Service Designer / Consultant you do of course understand things, including:

• User research
• Customer Journeys
• Service Blueprints
• Strategy
• Facilitating workshops

For this position you have at least:

• a HBO diploma in CMD, Interaction Design or Industrial Design.
• at least 2 years of project experience as a Service Designer / Consultant.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.

With your inquisitive and curious attitude you always know how to put the user’s needs first. Your impressive portfolio is proof of this. You can also tell everything about the latest developments and trends in this field. That is not all. You have a lot of experience in designing well thought out flows, journeys, strategy documents and talking boards. You can convince like no other. In addition to all this, do you also have an affinity with UX design? That is certainly a bonus for this position.
