Service Designer

We are looking for a service designer.

You have completed university education in strategic design or similar. You help our customers understand customer needs, organize creation sessions and design and validate new propositions. You do this by means of short processes such as Design Sprints, but also longer-term processes in which we conduct complete trend research, and implement software to make organizations more customer-oriented. In addition to the fact that you can easily empathize with people and visualize your insights, you have a strategic view on business and the correct positioning of a new service and the persuasion power to include people in your story.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Modest but confident and persuasive;
• Curious and believes in life-long learning;
• Has a university degree in Strategic Design or similar;
• Has 1-5 years of experience within Service, Strategic Design;
• Is used to a high work pace and takes ownership for output and results;
• Fluent in creating personas, customer journey mapping, creative facilitation, CX & design principles, prototyping;
• Is a skilled visualiser and storyteller;
• Speaks English. Dutch is an (almost) must. Spanish is a plus;
• Has an extra mile attitude and creates customers for life;
