Job description

RVO is continuously improving its services. For this it is necessary to quickly design new service concepts. As a service designer you help to optimize services for customers.

What are you going to do?

  • As a Service designer, you and your teammates adequately handle requests for the development and adaptation of online service concepts, in particular, such as website and online forms.
  • You jointly research the current experiences of customers, for example with the help of customer journeys.
  • Based on the results of research, you convert these ideas for improvement into customer-friendly designs for websites, applications and forms.
  • Based on your research and designs, you advise the organization on improvements in customer-friendliness.
  • The client often asks for your advice, but you also fulfill your role independently by proactively thinking along where services can be developed or improved.
  • You then coordinate your activities and research results with relevant stakeholders, substantive experts and / or clients.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with persuasiveness who can achieve results both independently and in a team. You easily establish contacts, enjoy working in a team and can deal with a high workload and sensitive subjects. You are also flexible, creative and customer-oriented.

Requirements

Requested specific knowledge, experience and competences

  • You have knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with Customer Experience and / or Service Design;
  • you have good textual skills;
  • you have good experience with layout;
  • you increase the quality of the team with your knowledge and experience by training and inspiring your colleagues on the job;
  • you have experience with Adobe Experience Design or similar design software;
  • you have knowledge and experience with UI design;
  • you can translate advice from customer research into concrete improvement proposals that match the technical possibilities of the platform.

  • the assignment is for 24 – 32 hours a week;
