Service Designer

As a Service Designer at REM People, you will play a vital role in enhancing our employee experience journey. You’ll use your design thinking expertise to identify pain points, transform them into gain points, and craft seamless employee touch-points across our expanding global presence. This role reports to Chief People & Culture Officer.

– Collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e. Business Excellence, Insights and Analytics) to identify pain points and challenges across critical employee touch-points.

– Designing and redesigning employee journes that aling with employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

– Conducting in-depth research and gathering insights to inform your design decisions.

– Developing innovative solutions to address employee needs and drive a positive, cohesive experience.

– Creating and iterating on prototypes and visualize your design concepts.

– Collaborating with People and Culture team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

– Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

– Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

– Proven experience in service design, employee experience design or related roles is a must.

– Strong proficiency in design thinking methodologies and their practical application.

– Exceptional skills in conducting user research, journey mapping, and creating personas.

– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro etc.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to non-design stakeholders.

– Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– A portfolio showcasing your previous design projects and design thinking process.
