Service Designer

We are looking for a curious and talented Service Designer to join our team and take on the task of making complex life saving services to intuitive user experiences.

You will need the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years experience with design techniques, user research and strong knowledge of user centered design processes and design thinking methodology
• Can showcase an outstanding portfolio showing experience in the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery to testing and release
• Ability to work in an agile and highly collaborative environment with UX designers, product owners and tech team to design experiences that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs.
• A proven track record of making complex experiences simple, intuitive, easy to use and beautiful
• Excellent skills in designing service blueprints, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, prototypes and testing
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision, and Figma
• Excellent public speaking skills including leading design workshops.
• Strong command over the English language (both spoken and written).
