What You’ll Do

You will shape howusers willinteract with and oversee AI agents across onboarding andClient Due Dilligencejourneys.You’ll work alongside a Service Designer and UX Researcher to design future workflows that combine human expertise with increasingly capable AI systems.Since our team is one of the first

You will:

• Design human-agent collaboration models.

• Create interaction patterns for transparency, explainability and control.

• Define how AI agents communicate confidence, uncertainty and recommendations.

• Design review, escalation and intervention experiences.

• Translate complex operational and regulatory workflows into intuitive experiences.

• Build and validate prototypes that explore new forms of human-AI collaboration.

• Contribute to reusable Agentic UX principles and standards.
