UX and Service Designer

We are on the lookout for experienced UX and service designers to come join us here at Aire Logic. We have a number of our customers who are looking for SFIA level 5 to help support and work on projects.

Experience in working within the NHS would be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

● Creating and improving end to end services, focusing on the end user to uncover issues and test solutions

and understand how UX design can be applied to project throughout the full development lifecycle

● Creation of transactions, products and content across multiple channels

● Carrying out design research and engaging with users and stakeholders

● Visually mapping and presenting concepts

● Designing assets such as using personas and user stories/journeys

● Prototyping and testing using quantitative and qualitative techniques

Skills/Attributes/Experience

● Experience in prototyping codes, programs and products

● Strong communication skills with the ability to present to different audiences and seniority

● Effective decision making

● Risk management

● Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

● Strong analytical skills

● A deep understanding of user centred design

● Working in/with Agile project teams and understanding of how to apply appropriate levels of agility

● An understanding of different development frameworks (such as Bootstrap, Angular JS and React)
