We are leading the digital transformation of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). HMRC is building a modern, digital tax administration and runs the biggest digital operation in Government, providing digital services for 45 million individuals and 4.9 million business customers. Job description

Our design team members work in the areas of service design, content design, interaction design and graphic design. Collaborating with a wide range of disciplines, stakeholders and colleagues, including policy and process owners, to meet user needs through content and services across end-to-end journeys

In this role you will:

• developing a view of the future opportunities and possibilities for tax and government services to meet user needs
• contributing design expertise to deliver services that provide an integrated and consistent experience
• building collaboration to solve whole problems for users, regardless of departmental boundaries
• supporting team members planning user research and contributing to analysis and synthesis of research findings
• contributing to mapping current service journeys and creating blueprints for improved or new services
