About the role
As part of a new team, there’s lots of scope for you to craft our Service Design methodologies, processes and scope of responsibilities.
But ultimately, the focus is on the iterative creation, promotion and delivery of change. You’ll look at the challenges, review the opportunities, and keep stakeholders on board with new operating models – so every activity has the greatest possible impact.
It’s something that’ll see you lead a small team of Service Designers and quickly become a high-profile champion of the work you do.
About you
We’re looking for a deeply knowledgeable service design professional used to improving large-scale, cross-cutting customer journeys.
An expert with a reputation for creatively visualising complex concepts, you’ll also take pride in shaping new tools and techniques and – as a brilliant motivator – enjoy building strong ties with colleagues and partners as you smoothly bed in your ideas.
