Director Service Designer

Digitas UK is hiring a Service Design Director. Working as part of a team that includes Creatives, Strategists, Product people, Designers and Technologists, you will help create new experiences that inspire users and exceed clients’ expectations.

This is the first service design hire in the UK business and so your work will be a blend of working collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines to deliver service design projects, demonstrating the value of service design to Digitas, other companies in the group and most importantly our clients, and using your experience and commerciality to identify opportunities for growth for the service design practice specifically, and Digitas more widely.

You will be able to talk eloquently about the power of service design and demonstrate its impact via successful client engagements.

As the first hire you will be leading and directly working on service design initiatives, setting the direction for the practice, helping identify opportunities for growth and win new business, as well as coaching others on how to develop their service design practice and ultimately building out the team by setting the standard and operating model for the service design practice and hiring new colleagues.
