Assistant Service Designer

About the role

As an Assistant Service Designer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver change across the Borough for our residents based on their voice. You’ll support Service Designers with data and design activities, designing services with experts and residents that transform how we operate. We’ll support you to become a confident service design professional, so you’ll be given real access to and responsibility on projects that will make an impact to people across Hounslow.

About you

A person passionate about improving outcomes for residents across Hounslow, you’ll have an interest in service design and design thinking, with the desire to develop into a multi-faceted professional. You’ll be able to collect and analyse data, with a proactive approach to work and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
