Job description

As a Service Designer, you’ll:

  • Work independently, with guidance and support of a Lead Service Designer
  • Design end-to-end services that meet user needs, solve problems and achieve desired outcomes
  • Help the team articulate hypotheses for user research
  • Explain design problems, ideas and decisions to others clearly
  • Use design to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Interpret data and research and incorporate this into your work
  • Facilitate design sessions with other designers, user researchers and stakeholders
