Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer to develop, grow and build our design team in London.

If you have a creative, alert and strategic mind, and you are used to work with digital products, we want to know you!

About you:

• Understanding of service and strategic design.
• Work hand in hand with the UX team understanding user needs.
• Identify design opportunities, interact with clients and move like a duck to water in complex contexts.
• Design services based on technical and design information, bringing ideas closer to the client and the team.
• Work with empathy to understand the client’s needs and circumstances.
• Be able to understand and discuss design decisions in a thoughtful way, communicating in a way that you can explain abstract and complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Conduct workshops, contribute to solutions with ideas related to research.
• Understanding of the design world in general (content design research, visual design…)
• Deep knowledge of our clients and their customers through research.
• Perform CX strategies from the knowledge of the data.
• Collaborate with other teams as one to achieve your goals.

In addition, it would be great if you have:

• Experience in managing complex projects coordinating the work of other specialists.
• Knowledge of design methodologies (service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures…) and experience working with them.
• Sense of self-criticism and constructive feedback, to improve the processes and the experience within The Cocktail.
