IN ORDER TO MASTER IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of practical service design experience or other relevant experience. Your educational/professional background could be in design, business, technology or perhaps sociology.
  • The ambition to push the boundaries of traditional design and want to work in multidisciplinary teams merging analytical thinking and creative skills to create business impact
  • Good understanding of user-centric design methods and user research in addition to skills / understanding of the following; facilitation, visualisation, ideation, concept creation, iterative prototyping, UX/UI design
  • Strong skills in creating new solutions that support the objectives of client companies and can inspire and guide clients to improve their capabilities & services
  • Ability to plan and execute the full design process independently, in complex projects with the help of the lead
  • Ability to run systemic level SD projects
  • Great presentation and facilitation skills, you are comfortable with presenting to and managing various stakeholders in projects
  • Understanding how to balance user needs with business requirements
  • Skills in utilizing specific design tools and creative softwares such as illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Miro. Knowledge of other tools such as Premeiere, After Effects, InVision, Figma is a bonus.
  • Good analytical and creative skills

ON A REGULAR DAY AT HELLON, YOU:

  • Manage design projects with needed support (e.g. lead designer) in given scope and budget
  • Create solutions that bring value and impact for the customer and their business needs
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops
  • Support sales efforts and identify new opportunities within existing customers
  • Participate in creating responses to our clients problems and work closely with the wider team to deliver them
  • Develop close relationships with customers and other key stakeholders
  • Seek for information regarding the newest trends, frameworks and research regarding service design and explore new ways to solve problems
  • Actively develop own capabilities and networks
  • Plan your own days with flexible working hours
