The Service Designer will join our Service Design Team who are committed to service design that is inclusive, puts young people at its centre and contributes to change at a systemic level. You will have the chance to make lots of practical contributions to our services, as well as build new ways of working with and for young people.

The skills and experience that will be useful include:

  • Working as a Service Designer, Product Designer or User Experience Designer
  • Leading design projects in complex contexts
  • Practical experience of designing services
  • Working with and for children and young people
  • Working in teams that seek to understand and contribute to change at a systemic level
  • Running projects that include community or youth-led research and co-design
  • Using and designing digitally enabled products, services and experiences
  • Value equality, diversity & inclusion

  3. As a small, growing team who are responsible for developing a new design strategy we will be navigating lots of change and tension together. Share up to three unique strengths or perspectives you think you would bring to this team and role, and how they’ve been helpful to you in the past.
