Service Designer

We are looking for a Lead Service Designer to join our fast growing team. At Cloobees, we are passionate about designing superb experiences for our clients and supporting our teams in delivering market leading, human centric products and services.

Job description
– Work with product owners, end users and programme team to develop design concepts utilising Salesforce services.
– Design concepts, journeys, prototypes and roadmaps to help enhance user experience over time.
– Define KPIs to track and prove the service delivers strategic value for both end users and the business
– Position can be remote, with occasional travel to London to be agreed in advance

Experience required
– Several years of experience as a Service Designer
– Experience with service and experience design on a Salesforce platform, as part of consultancy or agency.
– Design thinking expert
– Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in the telecommunications OR energy and utilities industries

Skills required
– Agile expert – able to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and deliver MVP
– Prototype – you can create visual clickable prototypes. You can version and host a prototype.
– User focus – you are experienced in meeting the needs of users across a variety of channels.
