Service Designer

Reply is currently looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a challenging and cutting edge project on a contract basis.

Experience and Skills we are looking for:

• A track record of success in Service Architecture and Service Design roles in a GDS/agile environment
• Proven ability to develop design concepts, set direction and assure quality of design for highly complex services
• Great communication skills – able to set expectations and manage stakeholders, both internal and external
• Confident in running workshops and presenting hypothesis and research findings
• Proven experience designing User Journeys and other artefacts such as Service Blueprints
• Ability to work collaboratively within a group amongst both business and technical team members.
• Ability to map out information architecture
