Service Designer

What will you do?

• Create, own and manage multiple service blueprints
• Articulate service crossovers and key opportunities
• Participate in the larger design community including conferences, open-source contribution, UX writing, etc.
• Thrive as an independent, autonomous, creative thinker that can break out from conventional solutions
• Work closely with product owners to shape and deliver features.
• Create experience artifacts such as personas, wireframes and flowcharts, service blueprints, experience maps etc.
• Analyse and describe user goals, use cases and workflows
• Put accessibility, inclusion and privacy at the heart of your design thinking

What are we looking for you to bring?

• Have a high-level of experience in the processes for generating insight
• Live and breath user centred design
• Be experienced in understanding the balance of cost, resource and capability
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
• Ability to explain your thoughts on usability, engagement, business / user needs and effectiveness
• You are familiar with rapid prototyping tools like ProtoPie, Framer, Adobe XD or similar
• The ability to multi-task and work on your own initiatives to deliver tasks on time, budget and target.
• A high level of business and market awareness, with excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills

What would really make you stand out?

• Knowledge of automotive UX, Interaction design and software development is a big plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
