Senior Service Designer – Inside IR35

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join us on a contract position, working on one of our government digital transformation projects.

• Design thinking consulting and client leadership
• Generate and interpret research
• Design user journeys and service maps
• Create wireframes
• Experience of Figma
• Thorough knowledge of GDS and involvement in preparation for GDS assessments
• Strong agile experience
• Previous public sector interaction/service design experience
