UX Service Designer

As UX Service Designer you will support the SITA Information Services department to design services in a user-centric manner to simplify user journeys and improve employee experience, in tandem with optimizing business process. Extrapolate the exercise to other departments and lines of business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Application Management you will be a part of the Information Services team,

What you will do

• Work with data and qualitative insight to design solutions and strategic propositions in collaboration with IS support staff and managers.
• Understand and articulate clearly how services and processes need to change from a user centered, system, and business perspective.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and articulate their needs.
• Map the service experience of users to define how services should evolve, and how they could be delivered more effectively.
• Define key service metrics and measurements for teams to evaluate their impact and support them in using this data to optimize ongoing delivery process.
• Co-design with our stakeholders and communities to produce new service models and value propositions, leading to improved user journeys.

 

 

Who you are

• 5+ years of overall experience of working in a Technology organization.
• 5+ years of Experience working as a service designer within software/product development & delivery.
• Experience producing service design deliverables like Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps, and Service Ecology Maps to plan and organise business systems and resources in a human centered way.
• Experience in influencing process change and optimization in the context of UX in the development process.
• Knowledge of various tools and techniques for visualizing, planning, and communicating service design concepts.
