Service Designer
Methods
We’re looking for an experienced Service Designer with proven delivery within UK government or GDS-aligned projects.
You’ll work across complex services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design end-to-end journeys that meet real user needs and align with government service standards.
Essential:
- Deep experience in UCD and service design methods
- Strong knowledge of GDS principles and GOV.UK standards
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Ability to map, prototype, and iterate services at scale
