As a Service Designer at Perago, you’ll be supporting the Strategic Design Director and Delivery Lead in all aspects of service transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to apply a creative, innovative mix of design methods to uncover insights and find opportunities for outcomes that lead to tangible change.

  • support in the design and facilitation of design sprints and workshops with senior stakeholders at all stages of the transformation journey
  • discover organisational needs by designing research that uses the appropriate methods and resources

  • create engaging narratives that frame findings in ways that resonate with the target audience
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary project and client teams to find ways to transform service insights into action
  • develop meaningful relationships with clients and support business development through bid writing and creating presentations
  • be comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a multidisciplinary team in a start-up environment

  • the ability to multi-task and work within tight timescales
  • drive to go deeper into problems and experiment with new tools and methods
  • ability to tailor project outputs and design communication to meet client needs
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • desire to contribute to the economic growth of Wales and our collaborative and growing Swansea team
