Senior Service Designer

As we grow we are looking for a Senior Service Designer to work with us on a contract basis (Outside IR35). This role will involve working as part of a team for one of our healthcare clients. Although currently remote, there may be a need in the future to travel to and from the Leeds area for collaboration activities.

Requirements

• Experienced practitioner who can plan and lead user-centered design practices
• Experience of working in large teams and complex services
• Effective communicator working across several user types and stakeholders
• Ability to identify and ensure the most effective direction is followed
• Experience in the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels
• Establishing and leading a shift to a more user-centric approach to the product and system development
• Supporting effective digital delivery across the products and programs being worked on
• User Experience design and facilitation experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working in multiple industries or sectors
• Experience in a Technology or Consultancy Company
• Experience of working in both Public and Private sector
