Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer that has experience leading and delivering large, complex projects.

If you consider yourself a specialist service designer and a design generalist then this role would suit you. We’re looking for someone that understands the full process of design and is comfortable delivering in each of its phases, whether that’s leaning in to support user research, synthesizing data and insights to make recommendations, writing service briefs, delivering workshops and influencing stakeholders – if you’re comfortable across the full spectrum of design then this role would suit you.

Your Attributes:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with user researchers, business designers, subject matter experts, developers, and user interaction designers to build products and services
