Senior Service Designer

The Senior Service Designer will work closely with service teams within the migration and displacement cause area to shape and scope service design priorities for the design team. Day to day you will work as part of a multidisciplinary service design team, continuously improving end to end journeys as well as designing new, strategically aligned services.

Part of a growing community of designers, you will actively contribute to the development of our user-centred design approach and collaborating to ensure consistency and continuous improvement through shared learning.

You will be an experienced Service Designer with a portfolio showcasing work to improve end to end user journeys across both digital and offline channels.

You will be user focused with sound experience of user research, including rapid prototyping and quantitative and qualitative methods.
You will be able to identify constraints and work within them where necessary and challenging their validity where appropriate.
