Service Designer

We are looking for a Principal Service Designer to join our expanding team.

The role is open to Service Designers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role or a Solutions Consultant/Architect role where Service Design was required. A proven track record of delivering successful service design projects is essential. You will have an ability within the industry to deliver a high-standard of documentation with technology and commercial experience to help develop our diverse ICT products and services.

The role will include.

• Working with prospective clients, product partners and internal resources within Kyocera
• Engagement with stakeholders to define capabilities and requirements
• Identify and research the technical products and solutions
• Adhere to corporate policies and compliance standards
• Understanding gap analysis and establish service value added capabilities.
