Service Designer

Are you a highly skilled Service Designer with experience of contributing to successful large-scale business change programmes? Do you have exceptional Analytic, Enterprise User Experience, Design Research and Service Design Skills? Can you develop others and help them reach their potential? If so, then this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Service Designer to join the Corporate Processes and Systems (CPS) programme. The programme scope is broad and includes process and systems change across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Strategy and Planning.

You will have a genuine interest and passion for the design of efficient services and experiences, as well as a natural ability to see the big-picture and integrate ‘parts’ into simple coherent solutions.

The role reports in to the CPS Business Architecture Lead and will work collaboratively on a wide range of work packages, and use human-centered and participatory design methods to facilitate service improvement and new multi-touchpoint experiences. You will provide consultancy-base expertise and play a key role in developing tools and resources for building design capability across the programme, and educating and empowering business design Subject Matter Experts to adopt new methods and mind-sets.
