• Great communication skills
• Confident in running workshops and presenting research findings to non-research colleagues
• Proven experience designing User Journeys and other artefacts such as Service Blueprints
• Proven ability in creating complex wire frames
• Ability to map out information architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively within a group amongst both business and technical team members.

Nice to haves:

• Experience of coding in HTML, Javascript and similar languages
• Experience of implementing the full research lifecycle
• Evidence of conducting the full UX design process
