Service Designer

Initial 6-month contract with extensions

Fully remote

We’re seeking an experienced Service Designer on an initial 6-month contract with extensions for a globally recognised business with an office in central Glasgow. This role will be fully remote for the foreseeable future.

You’ll be a key member of the Web & Digital team working on large scale transformation and greenfield projects.

You should have the following experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong design experience
* Experience conducting user research and designing the user journey map
* Experience planning and executing co-creation workshops.
* Use the available resources to prototype services.
* Design the Service Blueprint (current and future state).
