Service Designer

About you

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of using problem solving techniques

• Experience of contributing to business improvement

• Experience of project delivery and / or working in cross business teams

• Experience in identifying areas for improvement

• Ability to translate information for different audiences

• Ability to empathise with different audiences

You will be keen to engage with our customers both internal and external to help better understand their needs, tackle business challenges, help them adapt for the future and drive innovation.

You’ll be confident in your ability to design the required interactions within a process.  You’ll have experience in testing new processes and developing quality assurance and be confident in using reporting tools.

You may have worked in a business analysis role or a project implementation role and as such will have a good understanding of LEAN methodology. Good IT skills are a bonus but are not essential for this role as the focus is on analysing and improving current business processes.
