You’ll work as part of multidisciplinary teams, with designers to policy specialists and developers and collaboratively with other TPXimpact teams, from org design and change to community and political engagement.
No two projects are exactly the same at TPXimpact, but you’ll spend most of your time:
- Working closely with clients to build design maturity through supporting delivery teams and communities of practice
- Line managing designers to support their development and growth (optional)
- Defining best practices that will guide the consistency and quality
- Surfacing and/or reducing complexity of experiences or problems through visual communication and storytelling
- Facilitating conversations with different stakeholders from within an organisation to build understanding and alignment to help deliver intended outcomes and impact
- Uncovering user experiences and insights through a range of design research methods
- Designing future service models and offline/online interactions to deliver organisation, service, and user outcomes.
- Using data and research insights to support design decisions
- Prototyping and testing end-to-end services and individual service component
- Contributing to the service design community of practice through sharing your knowledge, approach, and coaching others.
