Service Designer

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Service Designer or Senior Service Designer to work on a variety of exciting projects

You will work with a wonderful mix of individuals obsessed with the craft of creating brilliant services while tackling complex strategic questions.

We are looking for someone willing to push the team and the project creatively to ensure the services and experiences they design are innovative, commercially solid, and ready to build within the real worlds of our clients’ organizations.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

· Support the delivery of complex service and product design projects

· Experience in service design work that goes beyond the strategy and includes piloting and taking services live

· Experience in Digital Project Management

· A strong understanding of UX/UI

· Work within multi-disciplinary teams to design, prototype, and build multi-channel services

· Create and design holistic and detailed user journeys and service blueprints that could scale

· Responsible for structuring and ownership of project tasks and activities, including research visits, workshops, documentation, etc.

· Responsible for delivering strong creative output and rationale across all aspects of project delivery.

· Responsible for developing service design capability, tools, and methodologies.

· Responsible for driving the quality of project deliverables that can be used as key case studies for winning new work.

· The structuring and ownership of project tasks and activities, including research visits, workshops, documentation, etc.
