​We are looking for an exceptional Senior Service Designer to serve the needs of the business and consumers, a role reserved for those who excel in navigating the intricacies of sophisticated product environments. Your responsibilities will be extensive and impactful, demanding a profound depth of expertise, strategic insight, and leadership.Ideal candidates will have:Experience with Data and quantitative testing3rd party integration/product experienceResearch experience (This person will need to be an ambassador /strong advocate for research in this role.)Strong analytical skills**Please note that this is not a UI role, any candidates with heavy UI experience will not be reviewed by the team.**

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with key business stakeholders to lead advanced product discovery processes. Your role is critical in deriving comprehensive market insights and formulating groundbreaking product strategies.
• Co-development of High-Level Product Strategy: Formulate and articulate a product strategy that aligns with our ambitious company goals and sets new standards in the industry.
• Co-creation of a Detailed Product Roadmap: Partner with Product Management to develop a comprehensive and flexible product roadmap, reflecting your ability to anticipate industry trends and technological shifts.

• Conducting In-Depth Customer Research: Lead extensive customer research efforts using advanced methodologies. Your expertise will be essential in uncovering new opportunities and driving product innovation.

• Expertise in Prototyping and Mockups: Design and develop advanced prototypes and mockups that aid in the development process and exemplify excellence in design and functionality.

• Revolutionizing Store Operations: With your deep knowledge and experience in store operations, you will be expected to transform the in-store experience. This role challenges you to leverage your comprehensive understanding and strategic thinking to create impactful solutions.

• Travel to local campus sites and to attend company-wide meetings as needed.
