Lead Service Designer

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interface with all levels of management. Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver complex information. Advanced analytical, decision making, organizational, and creative thinking. Strong project management skills. Advanced ability to create experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes. Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes. Extensive knowledge of rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.

Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.

Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop team members.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
