Our Experience Design team blends UX interaction designers, graphic designers, content strategists, researchers, design technologists,  program managers and other UX professionals working together to produce innovative, engaging and time-saving solutions for our customers.

We’re looking for a Lead Service Designer with experience in Human Centered Design to help guide and accelerate multi-disciplinary, collaborative projects from a north star vision to an actionable design.

 

As a Lead Service Designer, you will

·        Partner with Line of Business and digital teams to carry out Human Centered Design methodologies, from the discovery phase to prototyping and delivering financial experiences that exceed user expectations

·        Be a player/coach for other designers throughout concept creation and execution by setting expectations, KPIs and quality benchmarks

·        Create journey maps, service blueprints and experience roadmaps that align to business needs, opportunities and insights around customer pain points

·        Help define and amplify departmental process improvements by creating new tools, methodologies and innovative approaches for the team

·        Present concepts for end-to-end service offerings to a wide variety of audiences

·        Proactively collaborate with data, marketing, business, technology and other customer experience partners to optimize strategy

Requirements for Designers:

·        7+ years of design experience with a dazzling portfolio of designs

·        Mastery of human-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes like Lean XD, Design Sprints, and Fail-Fast.

·        Mastery in multi-channel industry standards and best practices.

·        Familiar with Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).

·        Familiar with Axure and Sketch.

·        Work co-located with other designers and partners.

Desired Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in design.

·        15+ years of design experience with a dazzling portfolio of designs.

·        Financial or similar industry experience preferred.

·        Project management experience a plus.

·        Mastery in designing for responsive web and mobile apps.
