Service Design Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Enterprise Service Design Interns. The interns will work together to design a variety of enterprise IT consulting services for our clients. The interns will be responsible for using design thinking methods, interviews with experts, journey sessions, competitive analysis, and other research methods to ensure the services are innovative and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other team members to design enterprise-level IT consulting services
• Conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviors and gather insights to drive service design decisions
• Create and develop personas to represent different user groups and their characteristics
• Develop journey maps to map out the user journey and identify pain points, opportunities, and touchpoints
• Design and prototype service concepts, including sketches, wireframes, and mockups to validate service ideas and concepts
• Participate in workshops with experts, stakeholders, and team members to generate ideas and solutions for new services and business processes
• Develop service blueprints to outline the service process and all the touchpoints, interactions, files, and systems involved
• Apply systems thinking to analyze the complex systems and relationships that influence the service experience
• Evaluate and optimize the service delivery channels, service standards, and quality control to ensure a seamless user experience
• Develop business models and revenue streams that support the service and align with the overall business strategy
• Continuously evaluate and improve the service performance through user feedback, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Service Design, UX/UI Design, Business Entrepreneurship, etc.)
• Able to commit to 15-20 hours weekly
• Strong design thinking skills and experience with design methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Knowledge of IT consulting services and industry trends (preferred)
