Service Designer

Join our growing Experience Design Team and help shape world class clinical and operational service capabilities across Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions.

Your role:

• As a Service Designer, you will look beyond point solutions and apply design-led thinking to deliver new multi-channel service strategies, ecosystems, or even new businesses to the markets. Contribute to customer and user research, value proposition creation, advanced concept development and final development of clinical and operational product service solutions.
• Understanding people and healthcare context.
  • You use effective research skills to increase domain knowledge and to inform meaningful and innovative solutions.

• Articulate relevant and meaningful service propositions.
  • You help to create surprising and relevant scenarios and concepts that explore potential experiences.
  • Collaboratively develop service blueprints that integrate user needs analysis.
  • Build prototypes that communicate ideas clearly.

• Make it happen.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design internal systems and processes involved in service delivery.

You’re the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of relevant service design experience in one or more specific business domains, ideally with experience designing services for enterprise customers.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in service design, interaction design, or design research.
• You are passionate about healthcare, and have a positive, upbeat outlook with an emphasis on teamwork. You are hardworking, flexible, empathetic, and creative. You have strong communication and presentation skills.
