What You’ll Do Here

• Design strategy and vision; ensure our project solutions are successfully executed from concept to completion
• Design feedback; act as a guide and mentor for other designers through regular collaboration and feedback sessions
• Design services and user-facing experiences that allow us to increase the speed of delivery while simultaneously improving the quality of our products and services
• Lead enterprise user research, process design, development, and implementation by engaging with customers to validate concepts
• Create enterprise training, education, and continuous learning pathways
• Design for a wide range of processes and process maturity while identifying areas for improvement
• Partner in cross-departmental collaborations to define scope of work, sprints, and development resources
• Communicate with key stakeholders ensuring business goals and vision are met
• Be a part of a design team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvements

• Expertise with learning enterprise user-experience transformation efforts
• Expertise in providing leadership, direction, guidance, and development to a team of designers
• Expertise in developing processes an curriculum for continuous improvement and transformation
• Able to demonstrate past projects, explorations, and design treatments that communicate goals, processes, and outcomes of the project
• Trusted SME on industry standards and best practices
• Skilled in creating user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, user interface designs, and pixel-perfect deliverables for final development
• Comfortable researching, testing, and iterating with quick turnaround times
• Passion for UX, UI, and User-Centered Design principles with a focus on ROI
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with translating complex, technical ideas to non-technical audiences internally and externally at all levels of the organization
