Senior Service Designer

What You Will Do

Identify design opportunities and evaluate and refine concepts through user-centered research and synthesis.

• Lead strategic design projects from conception to execution.
• Establish design operations and support design team development.
• Represent design capabilities with leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, clinical areas, and engage with users to continuously improve the experience.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
