Senior Service Designer

The senior service designer collaborates across the organization to improve customer experiences across lines of business by defining and designing solutions, developing new ideas and bringing new products and services to market. As part of the customer experience team, the service designer will work closely with our research, marketing, and technology departments to develop experiences customers will love.
