Service Designer

The Service Designer person focuses on improving internal processes, understanding that they contribute to clients having an excellent experience with Aegro’s services and products. You will act in mapping and understanding the journeys of our customers and our departments, working with multidisciplinary teams in order to create the Aegro Experience .

Your responsibilities

Map the experience and identify problems, redundancies and opportunities in our customers’ journeys with our products

Search, organize and relate feedbacks and inputs from users and collaborators across the service layer

Articulate ideas for service improvement with stakeholders , proposing scenarios that build a holistic experience with the Aegro brand

Work closely with PM from the CX team, sales and relationship teams to ensure a consistent, standardized, logical, fluid and successful customer experience with our products

Search, gather and conduct qualitative research insights with Aegro customers and employees in partnership with UX Researchers and Product Designers

Co-produce with PMs, UX Researcher and Product Designers outputs such as qualitative research reports, Aegro customer journey and service maps ( Service Blueprint or other methodologies), process flows, prototypes etc.

Communicate, promote and demonstrate a human-centered design process

Facilitate ideation workshops with Aegro teams working in the service chain
