Senior Service Designer

We are now looking for a senior service designer for Nezisk Digital who will accept and solve our challenge:

” How to Increase the Effectiveness of Nonprofit Organizations with Digital Tools “ .

You will explore what the digital skills ecosystem of nonprofits looks like, find out who the main players are in the whole system and what barriers they face. You will also support your solution with research.

We imagine that you have or can do this (you don’t have to fulfill everything, but the more times you answer yes, the better):

• 7+ years of service design experience
• quickly process and work with a large volume of data
• to carry out user research
• organize and lead meetings / interviews / workshops
• work independently, in an asynchronous and remote environment
• measure course quality based on data
• experience with the digital transformation of an organization
• experience with process management and auditing of digital tools
• you are interested in the topic of system change

And this is what you would expect:

• analysis of the needs of non-profit organizations
• mapping of the digital competence development system of non-profit organizations
• looking for opportunities to collaborate in the non-profit sector with similar players with an emphasis on joint efforts
• identification and removal of barriers preventing the effective use of digital tools
• planning and facilitating meetings / workshops / interviews required for system mapping and course redesign
• identifying course needs and helping participants identify primary issues
• redesigning the existing course and implementing suggestions for improvement
• modification and redesign of the course for different target groups
• collection and analysis of needs and feedback from guides and course participants to redesign and improve the quality of the course
• design of methods for continuous testing and verification of individual parts of the course
• data-driven measurement and evaluation of course quality
• guide support
• active communication with project stakeholders

We need you in the team from September 2024 . The work corresponds to 0.75 – 1 full-time , it depends on whether your needs and ours are met.
