Service Designer

What will you do?

Your main task will be to optimize the process of transferring digital competencies to social services – so that it works in practice.

You will design a research framework and data collection methods that will help understand how workers and clients perceive digital topics.

You will prepare simple tools (questionnaires, interview scripts, forms) for field lecturers and teach them how to collect data meaningfully and without stress.

You will be in contact with them, support them, and process their findings into proposals for a new methodology.

From this knowledge, you will gradually create a research report that summarizes the findings, recommendations, and impacts of the project.

In short – you connect design, research, and fieldwork to turn digital interventions into a system that really works.

We are looking for a person who:

• has years of experience with research, service design or a systems approach,
• can translate research principles into understandable procedures for ordinary people,
• has a flair for communication and motivating people,
• is interested in the social field and believes that digital topics belong there,
• is independent, but at the same time likes to work in a team and can lead others to get involved.
