Service Designer UX/UI

At CAS Training , a leading company with over 20 years in technology consulting, outsourcing and specialized training, we want to incorporate a Service Designer for a high-impact project.

🚀 What will you do?

• Design and improvement of user-centered digital services.
• Creating user journeys , service blueprints , flows, and prototypes in Figma .
• Optimizing the visual and interaction design of dashboards in Power BI .
• Development of change communication materials: infographics, guides, presentations and videos.
• Facilitation of workshops and sessions with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Connection between user, business and technology.
• Application of UX Research criteria for decisions based on real needs.

🎯 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience.
• Dominio de Figma y Power BI.
• Experience in Service Design and UX in complex environments.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead collaborative sessions.
• Catalan level: High (essential)
