Service Designer

What we are looking for is…

A  Service Designer profile with an interest in technology, capable of managing projects, identifying innovation opportunities and facilitating the connection between business and technical teams. With a good level of English to communicate with foreign startups and create documentation, we are looking for a proactive, restless and enabling profile.

And specifically, this is what you will do:

• Identify challenges and detect innovation opportunities within a large corporation, both internally and with startups, entrepreneurs and other companies.
• Promote ideation processes and analysis of technological trends.
• Serve as a link between business and key stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of identified needs and opportunities.
• Propose prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI profiles and lead their testing and validation.
• Collaborate closely with technology and data teams (data scientists, AI specialists, developers, etc.), understanding their needs and facilitating communication between areas.

For that, we need you to have experience…

• Managing projects as a Service Designer, organizing tasks and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Working in innovative environments, exploring trends and proposing technological solutions.
• Communicating with business and technical profiles, understanding and translating needs into concrete opportunities.
• In international projects, communicating very fluently, orally and in writing, in English.
