Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Designer to be the first one to join the Digital Workplace (DWP) UX Team of one of our top pharmaceutical clients.
In the DWP Team seek to empower the users by bringing them closer to the technological solutions, tools and expertise they need to succeed in their daily jobs.
The role requires being collaborative, curious and working comfortably with complexity to improve the user experience .
Main Tasks:
– Organize, support, and execute generative and evaluative user research activities.
– Use human-centered and participatory design methods to build a strong understanding of current-state processes and articulate a future vision for the service
– Build service design and design thinking artifacts (eg., service blueprints, user journeys, flows, and process maps) to achieve buy-in on the problem and solution.
– Facilitate participatory design and co creation workshops with stakeholders and Team members Establish Service Design processes.
– Advocate for the user through human-centered design methodologies to strategically define ideal experiences and solutions across in-person and digital touchpoints Coordinate thoughtfully with other UX designers and researchers exchanging constructive feedback that helps drive the users experience to the next level Contribute to the maturity of Human Centered Design practices and processes throughout the IT Organization.

Requirements

– Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Design, Design Management or related field.
– Over 4 years of experience as a service designer.
– Need to have a portfolio showing case studies that demonstrate a deep understanding of human-centered and service-centered design skills (visual hierarchy, depth of thinking, design process, and ability to organize and communicate complexity).
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Proven track record of implementing successful UX solutions.
– Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys and usability testing. Passionate about user-centered problem solving and storytelling.
– Experience designing and delivering design thinking sessions and workshops, setting clear expectations and defining tangible outcomes. Effectively tells a system-level story that drives shared understanding and alignment across functions.
– Proficiency in conducting research in both undefined problem spaces, using design research and strategic thinking to frame opportunities, and in clearly defined problem spaces, employing co-creation, research and UX testing.
– Soft skills:
      * Active listening and excellent communication and presentation skills.
      * Actively seeks feedback and is comfortable giving and receiving criticism.
– Skills needed in the environment:
      *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      * Experience working in agile environments
