Senior Service Designer

At HABITANT we are looking for an expert in Service Design with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in design studios or consultancy.

Therefore, we will ask you to have experience in:

• Projects for the creation or improvement of services and/or digital products, working in multidisciplinary teams
• Creating omnichannel experiences
• Definition of a collaborative framework and its work process
• Define an initial challenge and understand which methodology is the most appropriate to address said challenge
• Research tasks with users and stakeholders, with different techniques
• Facilitate sessions or workshops using the most appropriate techniques for each case or need
• Manage tools to map the complete experience or journey of users, and understand their pain points, opportunities, etc.
• Conceptualize ideas into design proposals
• Define and explain the value proposition of a new service convincingly.
• And all this, with the ability to tell it clearly to the stakeholders of the project

We also ask you:

• Knowledge of design tools such as FIGMA
• Bilingual English, or in other words you can work in English, both written and spoken
